We also offer decluttering and organisation rates starting at $300! (Auckland only)

These prices are based on standard rooms and a single living space and an easily accessable property.
Additional areas (extra living spaces, rumpus & office areas, conservatories, extra bedrooms etc) are an extra cost.
Some properties may have unusual or difficult access and this may incur an extra surcharge.
For best results and a final confirmed quote we can arrange a site visit to check out your property,
create a co-ordinated staging plan, check on any issues and colour options.
Partial Staging:
Our partial staging rate starts at $450 - please contact us to confirm and finalise pricing rate based on your specific partial staging needs. This cost includes a property visit, consultation plus the hireage of soft furnishings and art.
Furniture items are chosen and the final cost will be agreed before job goes ahead.
Hire Period:
The standard hire period is 4 weeks.
Extended periods available by consultation and prior agreement.

Please note:
A deposit may be required prior to staging to secure your booking.
Full staging costs are payable within 3 days of completion of staging.
